This TT565 reader talks to the employees when the place their fingerprint on the reader. When staff position their finger on the finger print reader, they are notified within 2 seconds that their request is accepted, the clock will say Thank You the buzzer will 'Buzz' and the LARGE LCD display will show the Time & Date. The screen will display their Name and the LED will flash green. But if rejected, the voice will say 'Please try again', making this system extremely easy for the workers to use, right from the very first day.

Every person has a unique fingerprint (whirly, twirly) so it is impossible for one person to clock for another.
Each employee will be registered on the system, usually using their right hand index finger and one other finger from the other hand as a backup. All 10 fingers can be stored, but this is not necessary.
