How How does it work? Decide where you want the reader. We will show you how to capture the fingerprint and then install the unit on the wall. Usually the right hand forefinger and if they hurt their hands constantly, captured both forefingers. All 10 fingers can be captured if you want too! After the fingerprints have been captured (* be warned * a slow process at the best of times) make sure the finger has a good capture surface, the finger is held strait when capturing fingerprint. It shows you if it is a good capture or not (1-50) 35 is good and 50 is Brilliant. Else the fingerprint reader talks to you and say “Please try again” This clever fingerprint reader does not make coffee (yet) but it does give good visual and verbal feed back for the novice, so don’t panicJ, it will “talk you” through the capture. When staff place their fingerprint on the reader, the fingerprint reader will speak and say “Thank you” or, “Please try again”. It is absolutely imperative in the beginning that the workers learn to place their fingerprints correctly (not to high, not to low) etc. They will see that if they hold their finger at a strange angle then there may not be enough “Surface area” to make an accurate fingerprint identification / comparison. If they hold their finger in the correct position then they will immediately get feedback that the transaction has been accepted and recorded. This sophisticated piece of equipment needs to be explained visually to the workers. Once you are satisfied that all the fingerprints are recorded correctly and working nicely, we will then relocate the reader for you. This TT577-ACC fingerprint reader. This TT577-ACC reader talks to the employees when the place their fingerprint on the reader. When staff place their finger on the finger print reader, they are notified within 2 seconds that their request is accepted, the clock will say “Thank You” the buzzer will “Buzz” and the LARGE LCD display will show the Time & Date. The screen will display their Name and the LED will flash green. But if rejected, the voice will say “Please try again”, making this system extremely easy for the workers to use, right from the very first day. Every person has a unique fingerprint (whirly, twirly) so it is impossible for one person to clock for another. Each employee will be registered on the system, usually using their right hand index finger and one other finger from the other hand as a backup. All 10 fingers can be stored, but this is not necessary. Probably your largest single monthly overhead is your Payroll. Paying staff for not being at work is not only costly, but your products or service are NOT being delivered!
