This
easy to use clock usesa battery backup device
– NICE – No power point needed,
and that means NO CABLES. No Voltage surges,
no lightning strike, no power failures.
Drill three holes and mount the clock.

Proximity Card with Splash proof Housing.
This
handy device uses PROXIMITY cards, (this means there is no physical contact)
so just hold the prox - card in front of the clock and it reads the card.
This
is as close as it gets to being Idiot proof. We have two versions, one with
out a splash proof and one with the cover if you are going to mount the unit
outside.
When
you hold the clock near the employee’s card, it switches itself on, reads the
card number, then “Beep” to show
it read the card. The number of the card is displayed on the LCD screen, just
in case the person is deaf. After a few seconds the clock switches off
automatically.
Optional
– Weather proof housing.
This
robust little clock with the housing will work in the rain as it is splash
proof. The electronics are completely sealed and bottom of the clock has a
rubber cover which can be opened to connect the “Memory stick” to the clock
and the data is transferred automatically to the memory stick, take that back
to the PC, plug the cable from the PC to the memory stick and you can download
all the clockings. Simple as that.
We
also have a portable clock, this unit comes complete with a leather pouch
(like a cell phone holder) that can be clipped to the supervisor’s belt. The
supervisor takes the clock with him wherever he goes. Staff who arrive late,
need to go find the supervisor before they can “clock in” and report why they
arrived late. The supervisor can make sure that they know what tasks they have
to do, as he may have hired a casual to do that persons work for the day.
Although not foolproof, it will greatly reduce one employee clocking in/out
for the other.
