A man who has a watch knows the time, but a man who has two, is not so sure!

If you allow your staff to decide what the time could be, they will be off for Tea at 09.55 because someone’s watch says its 10.00. When it is 10.20 then someone else’s watch says the time is 10.15!  These extra minutes add up very quickly.

This is how easily you can loose between 5 to 10 minutes per person, per break.

The idea behind the Wall Clock is to have ONE uniformed time. What ever the clocks says then that is the time. The HH:MM is circled by “HiBight” LED’s to emphasize the time. When the seconds are in RED the workers are expected to be on the work floor working. When the seconds change from red to GREEN then they can go for their break. (The clock is linked to the PC /Greenwich atomic mean time) this is transmitted to the clock via RF signal [radio frequency] and then linked to the next clock so that all clocks display the same time to the second).

The clocks has a built in siren activator to emphasise the start and stop of the various breaks and companies policy, thereby allowing staff to always know what the “Companies Time” is. When the wall clock and the siren rings at 10.00 then that is what the time is, never mind what every ones else watch says.

You can also use warning signals to get them back to work on time i.e. ring the siren twice for 3 seconds at 10.13 and a long signal for 8 seconds at 10.15.

Enter the times and the duration you want the Siren to be activated. The PC will send a signal to the clock at the desired time and the clock activates the 220V relay interface for the desired duration. i.e. 07.58 for 3 seconds//08.00 for 8 sec//10.00 for 8 sec//10.13 for 3 sec//10.15 for 8 sec//12.00 for 8 sec //12.28 for 3 sec//12.30 for 8 sec//15.00 for 8 sec//15.08 for 3 sec//15.10 for 8 sec//17.00 for 8 sec etc.

Between the wall clocks and the Siren times you eliminate confusion and increase productivity. Do a quick calculation yourself, if you can keep workers at their work place only one minute longer before a break and use the warning signal to get them back to work just one minute sooner, then you are increasing productivity anywhere between 4 – 8 minutes per person per day. You go figure that one out!
