Can you use software on your PC to drive a siren?–
Answer is YES and it’s easy.
You need a “Little Black Box” that plugs into your
serial port on your PC. Then link the siren to the
“Little Black Box”
(Needs 220v point at the siren?) Then program when
you want the siren to sound
If you have a 220 v siren, then use that, else you
need to buy a siren.
Four siren types are available.
Red siren – 1¼ kilometre - Loud, but not that loud.
½ Kilometre Siren
1 Kilometre siren. – Blasts
